Neville Colvin was a New Zealand cartoonist, born in Dunedin, who first worked for the Wellington Evening Post between 1946 and 1956. In late 1956 he moved to London to continue a distinguished career working as a political cartoonist for the News Chronicle, Daily Sketch, Daily Telegraph, Daily Express and Evening Standard. Colvin later took over drawing the Modesty Blaise strip for the Sunday Express in the 1980s.
